Propaganda. Look at what the Muslim government in Sudan did to the non-Muslims like the Dinkas and others. First they brought back the Arab/Muslim Slave Trade and then after war they kicked them out of the country to form South Sudan. Sudan is rich in gold. South Sudan is rich in dirt. That is the problem with a lot of world issues I think. Lack of intellectual curiosity and too much ignorance often willful. I think if you look closely you will find that the core source of the worlds major problems is the marriage between people in high level government/industry/religion and big media is their propaganda arm. Military Industrial complex is a major example. War profiteering/exploitation. Dwight Eisenhower warned the public about it and so did General Smedley Butler in his book War is a Racket. My understanding is that this was a 'recommendation' and that The General Assembly had no powers to enforce this proposal. So, what would've been the next step? How was the U.N going to enforce this? I seem to recall in something I read that The British were going to administer the partition. Not sure.

Sahih Bukhari (59:572) - "O you who believe! Take not my enemies And your enemies as friends offering them (Your) love even though they have disbelieved in that Truth (i.e. Allah, Prophet Muhammad and this Quran) which has come to you." Ishaq 262 - "Some Muslims remained friends with the Jews, so Allah sent down a Quran forbidding them to take Jews as friends. From their mouths hatred has already shown itself and what they conceal is worse" Ishaq 252 - The story of a young man who converts to Islam after hearing Muhammad. He then tells his own father that he can no longer have anything to do with him because, "I have become a Muslim and follow the religion of Muhammad." (To maintain a relationship with his son, the father "converts" as well). This is an important passage because it establishes that shunning is based merely on the status of non-Muslims as unbelievers, not on their behavior toward Muslims. In this case, the father desperately loved his son and meant him no harm. Ibn Kathir v.2 p.213 - No believer shall kill any believer for any non-believer. Nor shall he help any non-believer against a believer - People wonder why Muslims are not at the forefront of the fight against Islamic terror. Ibn Ishaq 388 - Some Muslims remained friends with the Jews because of the tie of mutual protection and alliance which had subsisted between them, so God sent down concerning them and forbidding them to take them as intimate friends: '0 you who believe, do not choose those outside your community as intimate friends. They will spare no pains to corrupt you longing for your ruin. From their mouths hatred has already shown itself and what their breasts conceal is greater... Behold you love them but they love not you... you have more right to hate them than they to hate you. In fact, Flavius Josephus’s account of the siege in 70AD mentions Jerusalem being destroyed, the temple burned etc, but he never mentioned an expulsion of Jews. Once again, Abdullah was not lying. Many were killed however while defending the temple or starvation, but from my knowledge I don’t know of any proof of a mass expulsion in 70 ce.

Quran (7:44) - "The Companions of the Garden will call out to the Companions of the Fire: "We have indeed found the promises of our Lord to us true: Have you also found Your Lord's promises true?" They shall say, "Yes"; but a crier shall proclaim between them: "The curse of Allah is on the wrong-doers" Muslims in heaven will amuse themselves by looking down on non-Muslims in Hell and mocking them while they are being tortured (see 22:19-22). Quran (1:5-7) - "Show us the straight path, The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray" This is a prayer that Muslims are to repeat each day. "Those who earn Thine anger" refers to Jews; "those who go astray" refers to Christians (see Sahih Bukhari (12:749) and Sahih Muslim 34:6448)). Hadith and Sira Sahih Muslim (2167) - "Allah's Messenger said: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it." Abu Dawud (41:4815) - "The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A man follows the religion of his friend; so each one should consider whom he makes his friend." Abu Dawud (41:4832) - The Messenger of Allah [said] "Do not keep company with anyone but a believer and do not let anyone eat your food but one who is pious." Sahih Bukhari (59:572) - "O you who believe! Take not my enemies And your enemies as friends offering them (Your) love even though they have disbelieved in that Truth (i.e. Allah, Prophet Muhammad and this Quran) which has come to you." Ishaq 262 - "Some Muslims remained friends with the Jews, so Allah sent down a Quran forbidding them to take Jews as friends. From their mouths hatred has already shown itself and what they conceal is worse" Ishaq 252 - The story of a young man who converts to Islam after hearing Muhammad. He then tells his own father that he can no longer have anything to do with him because, "I have become a Muslim and follow the religion of Muhammad." (To maintain a relationship with his son, the father "converts" as well). This is an important passage because it establishes that shunning is based merely on the status of non-Muslims as unbelievers, not on their behavior toward Muslims. In this case, the father desperately loved his son and meant him no harm. Ibn Kathir v.2 p.213 - No believer shall kill any believer for any non-believer. Nor shall he help any non-believer against a believer - People wonder why Muslims are not at the forefront of the fight against Islamic terror. Ibn Ishaq 388 - Some Muslims remained friends with the Jews because of the tie of mutual protection and alliance which had subsisted between them, so God sent down concerning them and forbidding them to take them as intimate friends: '0 you who believe, do not choose those outside your community as intimate friends. They will spare no pains to corrupt you longing for your ruin. From their mouths hatred has already shown itself and what their breasts conceal is greater... Behold you love them but they love not you... you have more right to hate them than they to hate you. Say, 'Die in your rage' - Much like a psychopathic cult leader, Muhammad broke friendly ties and fomented hate and suspicion toward those outside the circle of faith.

Jazak'Allahoe ghairan to both brothers for the information provided in this video! It really does paint a clear picture as to who the aggressor is in this conflict. Can you please list some good resources/books on this matter that we can read to further educate ourselfs? I've heard you mention a couple of books in the past (and in this video). The Struggle for Palestine - J C Hurewitz The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine - Ilan Pappe The revolt - ?? Are these good starting points for someone with limited knowlegde on this matter? If possible can you do a video on this? Barak'Allahoe fiek! Edit: I think "The Hundred Years' War on Palestine" by Rashid Khalidi will be a good starting point. Thank you for the recommendation.

Please stop telling lies. I think you need to know first the history about the root cause and not be blinded by your own (Arab) narratives. Open your mind and eyes to the truth. 3 arguments that you need to research on: 1. Is there archeological artifacts known even pointing to Palestinian people that they live in Palestine? Because there are Jewish artifacts that can prove from ancient civilization that Jewish people are living in Israel and there is no country such as Palestine before. It was the Roman Empire who changed Judea to Palestina so that the identity of Jewish people will be removed from it. If you disprove this then your narrative is right. Secondly, name the land Israel grabbed from Palestinians because this is their challenge to you. Thirdly, if there is ETHNIC cleansing among Palestinians, why there are 7 million Palestinian people grown for the past years where Jews people have declined in numbers from different Arab nations? Please address also why you are so brave and courageous to preach such powerful ideas but Arab countries like your country do not want to accept refugees from Palestine? Have you read the history about Arab countries who gave home to these Palestinians before? Search what happened to Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon and other Arab countries and you’ll see. If you are Muslims and really care about them, then accept them in Arab countries. What I observed, most of these Palestinians are in the west. You are criticizing the western countries that give them home. Is this the brotherhood you have for the innocent civilians? Or you do not really care for the innocent civilian and what you cared about are those who fight for your ideologies like Hamas to wipe out the Jews. Bonus question, did you know about the connection of Ottoman leader to Hitler? Please find videos of this and read the history about their close ties. By then, you’ll be enlighten. If you really for peace, preach the truth not your what your brothers beliefs. Remember, you are given by God a platform to lead people. People may judge you but God is your ultimate judge when you do not preach the truth. God bless brother! Don’t just hear from one side. This is the problem for most of the Arabs. They are one sided. Read other references and fact check. You do not need to believe what the other sources might say but compare them to evidences so you will not be mislead. We all want peace. Well... I have now finished the entire hour and a half and there sure is a lot to unpack here! First some positives: I thought the whole interview was very well paced and full of relevant and important information. I was able to pause the video several times to remind myself or even learn of some historical events for the first time. None of the historical events can be argued (even though the conclusions drawn were more sketchy but I'll get to that). Mr Andalusi is clearly very well educated and knows the subject matter well. I have never heard of either Mohammed Hijab or Abdullah al Andalusi but I am glad to be able to see how he gets on when challenged in his views. As a result of watching this (along with breaks to add research), I am much more aware of the long-term plight of the Palestinian population, which can only be a good thing. A big problem (which is attempted to be addressed by this video) is that people are not interested in educating themselves and voicing their own opinions, it is much easier to buy into propaganda and rhetoric which ultimately leads to two sides not really listening to or understanding the other side, which results in more entrenched positions in favour of 1 side and against the other. I was delighted to learn at the end of the video that Mr Andalusi has more material and I really hope that he has some content where he engages with (and hopefully finds some common ground with) a scholarly figure who understands the history and context from an Israeli-sympathetic position. To me, the only ways of getting long term resolution to the region are either to fully dismantle the state of Israel or for Israel to fully commit to trusting that if the Palestinians are given the space and freedom they need, then at the very least, fewer people would be killed and far less money would be wasted on military equipment that could be used far more constructively. Now for a few negatives: The concerted effort of the host of the show to actively portray Hamas as a scapegoat in the situation should have been insulting to anyone watching. For one thing, the silence about the attacks on October 7th was deafening. Ignoring the damage that the Hamas government, a proscribed terrorist organisation, has had on the Gazan population was even more ridiculous, nevermind the well-known contents of the Hamas Charter). I was also disappointed that I didn't get to hear Mr Andalusi's explanation regarding why Yasser Arafat refused a two-state solution in the 1990s. I also noticed a consistent theme when trying to blame Israel for all of the wars since 1948. It's always "the Arab country/countries make a "token gesture" (lining up troops on the border, shelling into the country, rocket fire, closing key transport routes, sending invading troops, etc.) and Israel used it as a pretext to start a war. Except that you can call these "token gestures" all you want but any country in the world would react the same way under the circumstances and quite rightly too. And this brings me quite neatly to a concluding thought: My position has been moving for the last couple of weeks as I felt more and more uncomfortable with not only the heavy bombing campaign in Gaza but also the regular line of the IDF that "It was Hamas who started it and they have responsibility for their people". This video has helped me to understand more of the cyclical nature of the region on both sides. Unfortunately, most people take a position that is 100% right and justifiable in their actions and is to blame for it all (you can pick either side to be A and the other B). The reality seems to me to be much more that both sides have done some f***ed up stuff, whilst still genuinely trying to pursue their own aims which they perceive to be "good". Unfortunately, I suspect that won't change in the near future but through dialogue between people of opposing points of view, we can all become smarter and more sensitive to each other.

Hmmm I do think the token gestures they talk about are valid as it brings context to additional supporting evidence, such as when they mentioned the communiques of the mossad, intelligence agencies and the Israeli defense minister. When it comes to your other point regarding ‘blame’ when there is a cycle of violence in the present day, look back to the origin. The fact of the matter is that this all started because of illegal actions taken by Israel out of greed to obtain more land and create an ethnocentric state which was void of any form of equality to the Palestinian people. The problem is people are trying to jump to step Z when we’ve not even started A: To stop illegal occupation. RIGHT NOW, right this VERY moment, Israel is objectively in the wrong. EVEN though Hamas is ALSO in the wrong it is incomparable to the atrocities Israel has committed. How do I say this…it’s the equivalent of going into a neighbourhood known for its highest crime rates waving hundreds of dollars around with a shiny watch, you should see it coming. The thief is at fault but so is the one who got robbed. You may say that robbing is illegal and it’s that simple, but what is the point of that statement when laws and regulations are being ignored (by international bodies)? It’s like the thief himself has been robbed by the police men in the past 😂😂😂. One thing we can take away from this this is that greediness corrupts the soul, especially when it is this excessive. And it’s extremely hard to side with Israel on the matter on an OBJECTIVE level.
