A connection between drain flies and...torpedoes?

At Pearl Harbor, the Japanese dropped torpedoes from their planes. They had to fly super low, because they were supposed to drop the torpedo in the water, and it would travel forward to the ship.

@@danielt5464 this is the first thing I thought of too when Nathan was talking about dropping objects into water! The Japanese also figured out a wooden rig to fit on the back of the torpedo so it would stay shallow enough in the harbor.
