A Conversation with Michael J. Sullivan & Robin Sullivan

Hi everyone! Today we have Michael J. Sullivan, the author behind The Riyria Revelations, The Riyria Chronicles, The Legends of the First Empire, and also The Rise and Fall trilogy. Although I read The Riyria Revelations almost 5 years ago, it's only recently after reading through The Riyria Chronicles as well that Sullivan became one of my favorite authors. In addition to Michael Sullivan, we also have Robin Sullivan, the lady in charge of the business side of everything related to Sullivan's career.
We chat about the importance of the Riyria duo, the next book in The Riyria Chronicles, the world of Elan, and also about Kickstarter and self-publishing. There's no spoiler in this video. I hope you'll enjoy watching the interview! :)

I have been a humongous fan of Michael for years, and a staunch Kickstarter backer as well. So, I've seen/been part of quite a few interviews/zoom calls with both him and his wife, and can vouch that they are one of the most relatable, sincere, approachable people I've had a pleasure to converse. Each book is like a box of chocolates that you enjoy with a cup of tea/coffee, in a pure hedonistic bliss. Hollow world is amazing. The Legends are probably my favourites as a whole, while Royce and Hadrian are the single characters. And some from Legends as well. (No names = no spoilers 😏) Thank you Petrik and The Sullivans for a marvellous conversation.

This was so interesting! I'm def going to start following them on Kickstarter now. I loved LOTFE and riyria and I want to read chronicles and rise and fall soon. It would be cool if you interviewed them again to have a spoiler discussion after you finish lotfe and nolyn. I would LOVE THAT.
