A Cosy Fish Farm For Breeding The Trout! Here They Milk Caviar Directly From Live Fish

Azerbaijan Fish Farm is the largest investor in the fish industry in Azerbaijan. Projects of the company are aimed at creating new fish farms, producing quality fish products and restoration of the biodiversity of the Caspian Sea.
Azerbaijan Fish Farm comprises of four large-scale projects. These are: a sturgeon breeding farm in the village of Yenikend (Neftechala district) and a flow-through farm on the shore of the Caspian Sea, an aquaculture farm for trout and Caspian salmon breeding in Zaqatala, Mingechevir and Gabala districts, production and sale of black caviar under the brand name Baku Caviar.
We took the scientific achievements of the past and supplemented them with modern technologies and world practices. Our farms have created the perfect conditions that are close to the natural environment and favor healthy growth and spawning of the fish. Combining the experience of the past and the discovery of the present, we are revolutionizing the methods of growing and processing fish, as well as caviar production.
All products are manufactured in accordance with international quality standards, including environmental ones. The high production standards set by the company create impeccable quality and excellent taste in food products.
Azerbaijan Fish Farm has initiated a program of releasing sturgeon fingerlings into the Caspian Sea for every jar of Baku Caviar sold. This program is being successfully implemented, which actively contributes to the replenishment of the sturgeon population in the Caspian Sea.

Such an interesting place. I used to do a lot of fishing as a kid, now I prefer watching them in whichever habitat they are be that a stream, lake or even commercial fisheries . Still use my fishing sun glasses to take away glare and shine off of the waters surface so I can get a proper look at the fish. Love been around all water particularly fresh water💧 . Great video🙌👍🏼

Caviar comes from Sturgeon. This a farm milking eggs and milt from trout in order to grow future fish for the market. BTW, Farmed trout taste bloody awful.

If you want to be technical caviar is fish eggs. In this method they don't have to kill the fish to harvest the eggs, but can actually use them to hatch the next round of trout for raising. With caviar and sturgeon they can milk some to hatch to raise to continue the cycle, but they are primarily raised for their eggs for human consumption.
