Why does Void Ogre Dragon end up on so many lists? It is so rare to not have any cards in hand so it makes little sense to me for its use. My primary L8's still are Hot Red Dragon Archfiend and Geomathmech Magma. For L7, I still stick with Samurai Destroyer and go from there, with Cyberse Quantum Dragon and Yugo's ace too. They practically gave me the room for Draco Berzerker, so there may be some good news come next qualifier. ;)

@@residentgrey Because Void Ogre has an effect that can be used on the opponent's turn. If you make Hot Red on turn 1 you might as well have just passed to the opponent. Not saying you're wrong, just answering your question.

@Neo_Seraphi How are you able to reliably use Void Ogre? Is there a trick outside of running Infernity cards? It's limitation just turns it into an over-expensive BEWD to me.

@residentgrey In Blackwings specifically I empty my hand every turn. All the BW monsters Special Summon themselves.
