A couple of 20-something agriculture graduates try to build a strawberry picking garden from scratch

This video was shot on the land where our strawberry orchard will be built, where we are installing concrete retaining walls, surveying, pointing, and clearing the land.
The land on which our strawberry orchard stands was originally a plum field and a pumpkin and garlic patch. After they agreed to lease the land to us, they removed the plum trees. (You can see what it looked like at the time on Google Street View.)
After the plum trees were removed, we filled the field with soil.
The reason for this is that there is a big river flowing nearby, and once every few years, when it rains heavily, the area gets flooded. When Shoga was in high school, the area was flooded up to his knees. It rarely floods, but we had to fill in the ground as a precaution because there are a lot of machines in the house.
To fill the lot, we needed to submit an application, which was quite difficult. We had to obtain the consent of the landowners of the adjacent land and get their stamps, but we had a hard time because some of the landowners were out of the prefecture and some were no longer there. We were able to obtain the consent of nine landowners and fill the site.
We then proceeded with preparations such as leveling the ground to make it level, installing points so that the plastic greenhouses would fit in the land, and installing retaining walls to expand the areas where they would not fit.
The area without the retaining wall is sloped. Won't it collapse? but there is no problem as long as it is built on a slope that will not collapse.
Sho's father is an expert in this area, so he helped us.
