Honestly….as you start to get much older, you start getting more and more tired and going to bed super early (6-8 at night) sometimes sounds like the best thing ever 😂 life gets crazy sometimes and sometimes all you wanna do is sleep. I make cinnamon rolls all the time, and all I can say is temperature is everything, salt too can kill the yeast (mix it into the flour). I also let mine rise once for an hour and then 30 min after they’re assembled, even with instant yeast.
