Hey Lena, I just wanted to let you know that your videos alone were what finally got me to start my workout journey for real. Your advice is solid. I’m a stay at home mom with an autoimmune disease that makes me chronically fatigued, whether i work out or eat well consistently I am always tired which makes working out feel impossible when I can barely keep my eyes open after. So instead of making excuses I decided to do my workouts at 10pm right before bed as part of my nighttime routine. Instead of thinking “working out makes me too tired to function :(“ I changed my mindset to “What a great way to get exhausted for a good nights sleep😅” and thats exactly what I do now! I do my pilates, get ready for bed and K.O. 😂 Thank you so much for your videos, please know that you really are making a difference in people’s lives. You did in mine 🥹

I absolutely love your videos! It’s weird because I feel so in sync with you. I am a social media manager full-time and part-time book writer so I tend to go to Starbucks for café work dates. I have used the Inkey list for my skin care for over a year now (I highly recommend for anyone wondering, not only does it work wonderfully for my acne but it’s so affordable!) and for the past month I have been making banana muffins for my breakfasts. Shea butter and sunscreen keeps my skin clear. I used to have bad cystic acne and now that I am in my 30s, my skin is clear and soft. The only breakouts I deal with right now are hormonal breakouts on my neck during my period. But I love my skin regardless, its a lot better than before lol
