Of course, there are the nice comments, the likes, but it is not always easy to share what touches us. Life is short, we should be able to express kindness. So, what touches me is the fact you share simple moments with us. Some of your comments and reflections crack me up! Your vulnerability, that you sometimes divulge, is touching. Love this channel. I’ve only been watching for about a month or two but it’s inspired me to get into using a personal planner this year. I’ve been using one for work for years, and I find my work life is more organized than my personal life. And of course this gives me an excuse to use my fountain pens at other stationary at home, daily, rather than just at work. I’ve already step up my Hobonichi Techo A6 (starting small) for 2025. Can’t wait to start accomplishing some simple goals and daily entries on Wednesday.

I am SO HAPPY to see you trying one of Audrey Matteson's SIG nibs! I have a Frankiln-Christoph SIG nib on all my pens except my gold nibs, mostly in and as they are my favourite for every day writing. Sailor 123 gave me all the nostalgia -- you sharing it some years back was the start of my fall into the Sailor ink rabbit hole (Im not sorry tho!)! There are a few colours where I am on my second or third bottle. 462 is a lovely colour that is is slightly dark in the ink form but is definitely a pretty green-gray that is dark enough for every day use, including at work. Hope you and you family are having a lovely Christmas, Helen -- you have accomplished so much this year so I hope you take a moment (or few) to celebrate. xo

I could watch you write with fountain pens all day. Why is that so soothing?? I choose Ink 435 for my pen. It's the perfect purple for me to write in! I might have missed a video where you said where you got the pen cubby storage thing, but is that an ikea shelf? The drawers, pen cubby, and space for the bigger ink bottles is amazing. I have a much bigger ikea shelf that has other compartments and I love it. But I have no way to properly store my pens/markers!
