Cannot explain how it feels to hear someone else with ADHD explain the “alien” feelings! I’m ADHD, both my boys are + both with Autism + more + one with a rare epilepsy + one with dysgraphia. The neurodivergent list goes on! I am a pediatric neurology specialty nurse. Your extended exhaustion after a major event makes perfect sense to me! File organization is legit an issue. I've only been in business a year and I revamped my files a month ago to make sure I could keep track of everything. Also - My daughter was diagnosed as neurodivergent in her late teens. She had a lot of similar things...she was able to cope until she wasn't and then it was horrible. I'm so glad you got help. My daughter said that she often still feels helpless but knowing that there is a reason is more helpful than she ever thought it would be. ALSO - I have started to use your ADHD to do list and it is SO HELPFUL! I don't have ADHD but I am perimenopausal and I swear I have ADHD symptoms. Thank you for sharing because it was a game changer for me! 🤗🥰

Q&A videos have become my favourite format. It’s like a podcast. I appreciate your genuineness in answering the questions. Waiting for part 2 or more Q&As. I don’t have a planner but I still watch your videos. I do like making to-do list (other than Amazon wishlist). Recently, I decided to journal my New York trip a few weeks ago and enjoyed the process and value my experience as my first solo trip in US and looking forward to trips in South America and Europe. Also, I’ll give your ADHD to-do list a go as I somewhat think of having ADHD but I haven’t taken any test, yet. I agree that it is easier to exercise every day and beneficial for my sanity. It’s like a sleep or a meal; I must have it or my day is incomplete. I also don’t like driving. I don’t know if it’s an ADHD thing. Driving uses a lot of energy of my brain cells. I rather walk and commute but for extreme Canadian winter I’ll hail an Uber. As always, take care. Take your time to recover from intense activities in New York. And thank you for reminding us to be mindful of how to use energy, time, and attention. These are priceless gifts.

I’m with you re: fountain pens over other pens. I’ve noticed my hands cramp less quickly using a fountain pen than other types, not 100% sure why. I do prefer gel for certain papers, of course, like your sticker labels for example. But my hands cramp quickly so the TWSBI Eco in particular has come in clutch for me since I can do fine nib and monitor the inkwell with the clear design 💚

Hehehe I'm happy you're enjoying it! With gel pens, you have to press to get the ink out. For fountain pens, you don't need to apply pressure (or as much). I believe that is why there is less hand cramping hehe

Hi Helen, than you for the chat! I know you said the mystery items are very stressful to you. To be honest, I have yet to get anything that I don't like from your shop. Thank you for sharing all that you did! Especially getting diagnosed. You had me nodding and smiling especially towards the end with your tips. Yay for another person who knows how to drive, but doesn't like it. Yes, I probably should start driving more but I'm just not that into the whole process. Too much to look out and keep an eye out for. I still remember my frustration when I went to see someone at school to see if I can get more information about how to get out of my spirals, especially around midterms/finals. And I'll admit the 'you just need to say no and protect your time' didn't help. Yes, I know if I stop doing some of the stuff, it would help, but there are things that I'm just not ready or want to stop or step away from certain things. *sigh* Anyways, thank you for sharing and creating all that you do. I better stop here before I keep rambling. :P

A month and a half for recovery isn’t bad. When you’re introverted, and have such an intense experience, you need to take whatever time is necessary. After 2 intense little back to back trips last year, it took me about 8 months to come back down from it.

Love pack with me vlogs. Recovery from work travel especially trade shows is hard. I never made the transition to recover 2 weeks post. The best I could ever get was a month. Part of it is as an Introvert that is great at customer service it's exhausting. Everyone tells you you are an extrovert, yep nope. Been an INFJ all my life with no deviation. So that on top of not being good with air travel it's exhausting. I enjoy in the moment but man I need time to shut down.❤

@@JanuarieTimewalker13 Most sales are preorder hybrid, some items are on hand & if those sell out they go to preorder. It’s harder to estimate how much each product will sell vs getting the numbers from a preorder and then processing those. ( Less products taking up space in their office. ) The 3 months includes the items being made, product checking & shipping. It is a long wait, but it’s better than missing out. Like Helen mentioned it’s on the description before purchasing.
