I know you said it was a mistake, but I think there's a really interesting concept with the looping around 2-3 minutes or so. We never exactly clarify WHY we're getting a cranial nerve exam... I was thinking that was foreshadowing for a plot twist, that the reason is for memory troubles but we didn't remember. Maybe it'd even play into the old-timey theme. Although, maybe it doesn't need to be so dark 😅
