As much as black and white adds to the vibe people still saw in color, it’s a good touch. Im no expert but I feel like it could make the video fit the theme better if you wore an outfit that was commonly worn during these times, or tried to talk how they would have talked by using slang from that era. Also referencing events that would be current during these eras would be a nice touch. Also something that would help would be to try and keep your instruments to seem to fit the era because the flashlight seems to not exactly fit the 1950s era.

I appreciate it, and yes of course people saw in colour- these are just edited to look like typical film footage from that time. If I had the resources I would’ve used more time period correct props but it’s only my 13th video. In the first period themed video that I made I did mention events from that era and I will do it again in the future but I’m afraid it’d seem repetitive to force stuff like that into these conversations, thank you anyways

I’m sorry you feel that way but it’s not really suppose to be up close whispering. There’s nothing wrong with the microphone it has stereo but seeing as I’m not the usual “asmr close” to the microphone it doesn’t really have the same effect. At the moment this is suppose to be more in the style of unintentional asmr rather than your typical close up whisper, but then again I’m sorry you didn’t like it.
