너무 좋은 가게입니다. 근데 플라스틱소쿠리는 사용 안 하셨으면 합니다. 석유로 만든 플라스틱 소쿠리는 뜨거운 물을 만나면 녹으면서 환경호르몬 등 유해물질이 생성됩니다. 죄송합니다. 소쿠리를 스테인리스로 바꾸면 금상첨화일 것 같습니다.

작은 냉동게 세척 안하시고 냉동 그대로 사용하시네요ㅜ 세척하다보면 낙시끈도 가끔나옵니다.위생상으로도 세척해야합니다

They are rice cakes. Tteokbokki is the Korean name. Made of rice, the sauce is pretty spicy from what I observe.

mine? Firstly miners do not wear casual clothing. In South Korea, factory workers wear company uniforms. It is a commercial kitchen for a corporation cafeteria or a shared dining cafeteria for office workers in one large commercial building.

If my korean knowledge is on point: 1st video: Hanam City in Gyeonggi-do, I couldn't find the exact location as there were several showed. 2nd video: is from Gwangju City (Gwangju Gwangyeoksi Station) Name is Woldeu Bap. 3rd video: is in Seoul Songpa District- Name Ilru Hansik near Garak Market Station and Munjeong Metro Station. Meat for buffet are left out too long. It is exposed in the air too long and it almost became decomposed. This is very unhealthy food and you can be really sick if you eat at these buffets regularly!

and koreans live longer than american...meats in korea are usually marinate their meats before cooking...marinating keeps the meat longer even without refrigerator...and dont worry koreans make sure the meat they cook for the day are fresh straight from butchers unlike in US where meats are FROZEN
