i seen the kuala lumpur version. same cooking style both open drum can fit 4 slabs of pork belly. but this one is totally clean. charcoal residue was removed. nice

I made pork belly last month for a family get together and did the burnt ends method. Everyone loved it, but later I was shown a video similar to the first part so I made it that way for Thanksgiving. Wow was it good, a nice crispy skin kinda like eating crispy boneless pork ribs.

1. crispy pork is just its name 2. looks like "蔥花捲", you should be able to find some examples via its direct translation - Green onion rolls 3. is just normal steak that appears in our night markets, which you should be able to find almost everywhere in Taiwan (and of course, at night.) 4. maybe 蔥花大餅, Scallion flatbread

Saw the crispy Pork Belly,came for tips and discovered much more👍👍 No way!!! Pork smoked over charcoal...The steamed rolls, then you hit us with Chicken thighs and Pork steaks!... genius levels! Pork Marinade ingredients please. I wont tell anybody your secret recipe!
