In the interest of defending our actions, we sometimes talk way more than is necessary. Less is often best. The more we say, the more we give them stuff to edit. When a person is asking the same question over and over, that's a sign that they are fishing for a "gotcha" comment. "I believe I already answered that question" is a good retort for a fishing interviewer.

Only thing I took issue with was you "raising thousands" and not "raised over $100,000" for the monkeybike trip. And I've no idea where they dragged that woman from for comments afterward. I personally know one man who has commited suicide due to the "lockdown rules" and isolation. I also have another very close to me who we managed to get into psychiatric hospital before it was too late, again caused by the "rules" (Her Dog wanted a walk more than once per day, rules said otherwise and = a huge relapse into psychosis) The human suffering due to lockdown is far greater than the suffering from COVID even if it was allowed to escape.

not a lie if the shop states they needed the bike overnight to complete the repairs. Like Danny says it’s all about the perception. and how the video is cut. why would they give him a loaner bike if it would have been such and easy fix. I applaud you for keeping your cool Danny!

Danny, you got of lightly in my opinion. If every one decided to go against laws they disagreed with you would have nothing but Anarchy. All of a sudden in front of the Camera you are concerned about Social Distancing, i did not notice that concern on your trip. A Current affair did not research the story very well. If they had of researched your last couple of vlogs they would see that in my opinion you were all about duping the police at the border, for your own selfish reasons. Correct me if i am wrong but these are a couple of things i think are relevant, opening barricades to get onto closed beaches etc, shaking hands with people ( Newcastle and Gasoline Alley) Danny there is a Harley shop in Nerang halfway between the border and Gasoline Alley, you went there because they are mates of Col’s. You told the police at the Border you were from Geelong and you were going straight up and back?.....Did you not move from Geelong to Melbourne a few months ago. At the very least you should cop a couple of fines. I live in Tweed Heads and at that time could not cross the border without a valid excuse, My bike needs a service but can’t go up there to do that. ( I know your situation was a little different, but self caused) i think you looked at your back tyre in Casino and said you had 5-6 k to go but deliberately done burnouts to wear it down. This is not about Victoria vs the rest of Australia. The States that closed the borders had lower infection rates than those that didn’t and look at the mess Victoria is in now as well as Southern NSW. This is mainly due to the Victorian, who cares attitude. If we were all 1 country you would be a little more cautious about your approach to Covid 19 Protocols. Whilst i disagree with your stance, the biggest mistake i see is that your ego is so big you have to show it on u tube, as with draining the oil on the Monkey Bike. You undo all of the good things you do. (Just Saying.)

Daniel, I love your channel and what you do in your videos. You inspired me to ride from Broome to Melbourne in Feb this year. On this point about Covid, you're wrong. Why do you think we've had so few cases in WA? Because they have been so strict on keeping the borders closed. We've had very few cases in The Kimberley and haven't had any active cases in Broome for 6 weeks. Most people here agree the border should stay closed
