Beautiful, love the tile showers, HOWEVER, they rarely hav anywhere to put shampoo, bathwash, etc, which is a major flaw, imho😊

Turning the smaller bedroom into a media room made more sense for us. We added a small sofa with built-in recliners, a wall mounted television and of course some sports memorabilia (let's go Notre Dame) has our decor, that's who we role in our single wide home. We also removed the closet door, turning the closet into something more useful for us. We added a microwave upper cabinet that matches our kitchen cabinets. We added also the same backsplash as our kitchen, with outlets and under cabinet lighting. The lower cabinet has our mini fridge in it with one pullout drawer. With a mixer and a few odds and ends we keep neatly on top of the butcher block counter top, it looks like it came that way from the factory. We keep it all loaded with snacks and beverages, for those movies nights. We did this mainly because we didn't use a small room for anything else, it just seemed to be a of space. The funny thing is, we now use that small TV room more then we use our living room. Wifey says that she loves how cozy it feels and love how it also keeps her main living room clean for guests who stop by unannounced. Which seems to happen almost on a daily basis. So yes, strangely now our little unused smallest bedroom is now our favorite room too spend time in on a day-to-day basis. We just love it. Just food for thought, for those how don't know what to do with the smallest bedroom that you find in your topical single wide home..... Cheers

This is so pretty! I agree with you about a home needing a bathtub as well as a shower! Not all agree, but I am a bath person, for the most part, so that would be a must for me. As for the master, you mentioned putting the TV on the built in desk or whatever it is.....but I would maybe put my sewing machine there, if I didn't make one of the other bedrooms a sewing room. I don't have a TV in my bedroom, have never been one to watch TV in bed! Of course, I don't watch TV at all so I guess I'm probably in the minority on that!! I also prefer to view the homes empty rather than staged. Another great tour, thank you! I usually don't comment, but I've been subscribed for awhile now! ❤

Nice living room & kitchen. I love the three big windows. Very nice master closet for a single wide! I would opt out of the extra sink in the master bath and put a seat in that beautiful shower.

That blue looks more like a black on camera. I understand what you mean though, black on white always looks good. An empty home helps show how much space there really is. The en-suite bathroom is gorgeous for a single wide.

Nice little house. I like the fact that the bedrooms are off from the living room. The kitchen is small but workable. I would need a dining space. Master bedroom is just too small, as well as the closet.

I absolutely LOVE the back splash and the tiles behind that awesome gas stove! Just beautiful!! I couldn't see the blue on the outside, but I love the blue island! I love the very large living room and that accent wall is nice! For me, I would love it if I could stain some blue into it to match the island and back splash. Not the whole wall, but I've seen where people add blue streaks in with the wood grain, and it looks really nice. Love the windows in the living room. I would add some windows, remove all carpet, and change the countertops to a wood grain. Very nice home! Thanks, Chance! I've been working 9 hour days, starting at 5 am. We finally got rid of the bitter cold. Never so happy to wake up to 21°!😂

Very nice if I could change one thing it would be to have more dining area. For me I can set at the island all the time but I’d at least like to have room for a small table and chairs and I didn’t see much room for dining, but other than that it looks great. Thanks Chance

They choose some great colors. Loved the floor and the cobalt blue. I would upgrade the sinks to the square sinks but other than that I would take it get just like it is. Not an unreasonable price range either. ❤

That shower is the best weight loss tool anyone could ever get. You are visible in the mirror while you are taking the shower. That'll shock ya. Or me, anyway. 😁 I'm with you,. Chance, that is my favorite tile in a shower.

Blue kitchen backsplash should be wrapped onto the kitchen sink wall as well...all the way to the ceiling...vents in the ceiling & scratch all that carpet... Price is gouged I don't care what the industry says it's a trailer. Inflation supposedly is back down but not in this industry

Those giant showers are a waste of space. Give them a nice, oval tub, shower combination and use the rest of that space for storage. Other than that, the house is very nice..😊

Such a cute layout. The only thing I didn’t like is the placement of the heating vents. Why put them in the middle of the floor by the island. Then 2 of the bedroom vents were placed in strange spots.

I would call my mama but she is 93 and in a nursing home and can't handle the phone by itself.She is waiting apparently for her mansion to be finished as we don't know why she hasn't died yet and she is so miserable.😢 That is a nice sized island for a single wide. too bad that they put the vent in the floor where it is because is you use stools for the kids to sit for breakfast the leg of the stool will be pounding it down and destory it. My opinion only. Nice kitchen for a single wide. There weren't any sizes for the rooms, but the tiny bedroom seems only big enough for a crib.

vents in the middle of the floor nope. and get rid of thoes giant windows. so dumb. if you need light turn a damn light on. get rid of the island opt to put a table there least your legs wont be hitting the side of something while sitting. and no ill never wall mout a tv ill set it up o a stand so at least i can get to the imputs in the back. so its not a pain in the ass to hook anything up. and yes ill have the wires showing too. just to spite the people that want them hidden.

Ok i hate the exterior!!! It looks like a cardboard box. There aint no wood trimmings or accents. No shutters. It looks like my dogs cardboard mansion dog house. I best go inside and see what the mutt looks like 😂!

With all that being said above, it's a clean slate for some loser like me to get me some paint from Ace Hardware and put some color into this box. Get me some tiles to place up as my backsplash in the bathrooms. Get me some nails and screws to hang me up some decor onto the boring white walls. Put me up some shutters outside! Get some lumber and build a nice beautiful deck out back and front. I'm sry but I gotta paint the cardboard too. Maybe I should paint it yellow so it looks like a stick of butter 😅😂!!! Or a twinkie 😊 anyways when I get done with this mutt house it won't look as mutty. Might look like a fancy stick of butter in a cardboard box on wheels. Oh what...or Velveeta cheese box...there ya go!😂😂😂 I'll have the neighbors asking, "what's the mutter with ya?!"😅

I don't mind seeing the ones that don't have any furniture. What does bother me is the ones that do have furniture but are staged with so many knickknacks that it's distracting.
