It is standard deck moved to wild. Pouch has way better odds in standard while you don't need so heavy top end. Fun deck but a lot of depends on match-ups and if you miss all your ramp you are just toasted.

I dont completely understand how Roffle uses the resizing pouch. Most of the time he plays it after he spends his mana. Play it before you use your mana to get big stuff and then play dragons or thr card you discover.
