Fascinating, as I'm researching our 1800's Waterford history. Gosh, what an eye opener!

The pikes must get together by the rising of the moon. Anyone named Whelan, Phelan, O`Felan, O`Calaghan, O`Coghlan, O`Meara, O`Hely, O`Shee, O`Ronayne or any variation of these names could make a territorial land claim against the Duke of Devonshire`s title to lands in Waterford. There is strenght in numbers and stolen land is not owned by a thief or it`s descendants. My own family ruled over parts of West Cork and South Tipperary. The Gaelic Irish should unite and reclaim lands held by English aristocratic families.
