The "Gasparilla Pirate Fest" Is One Of The Country's Largest And Most Unique Outdoor Celebrations Which Started In 1904. . It Is Inspired By The Legend Of Pirate Jose Gaspar Whom Some Would Say Was Considered The Last Buccaneer. I interview A Few Tampa Locals and Vendors And Got Some Footage From All Of The Floats From The Parade That Were On Display
