Honeymooned here and had a blast! Cracked up laughing when we heard people screaming going into the cold cold water to snorkle. It is a very beautiful place. I love mexico!

Acabo de regresar de Cancun. Fui a Xcaret en un Tour, me recogieron a las 7am y regresamos a las 10pm. TODO EL DIA. La comida no me gustó mucho, pero que importa, el rio subterraneo está INCREIBLE, las playas NATURALES y el ESPECTACULO de la noche me puso los pelos de puntaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Si que vale la pena VIVA MEXICO!!!!

Tht park is raw. and i love the show tht they put at 7:00 its AWSOMEE! I stayed at the barcelo maya hotel. i loved it! :)

Great place is Xcaret. One day is not enough to really enjoy it, I was exhausted at the end of the day, but the experience is really gratifying

xcaret and xelha are the best places to visit in cancun... Ive been there MANY times but ive never seen that coral thing O.o

You are so right. I am in Cancun as I type this. I paid 100$ for Xcaret and found out most of the cool things advertised are 50$+ more per activity. Xel-Ha I think includes the dolphins, snorkling equipment etc only for $80. Only if I had known lol People GO TO Xel-Ha unless you get xcaret for $40or something.

Como me caga que se esten peleando por estupideces... Costa rica tiene lo suyo, México también. Y si de verdad queremos(mexicanos) parecer mejores que ellos se empieza por la educación, la cual no es mostrada por muchos de los que comentan en contra de Costa rica, en respuesta a un costaricense maleducado. Espero que les sirva de algo.

this place is really not that great. Basically, you swim in a river with a snorkel attached to your goggles although there is nothing to look at until the area by where you get out. Then the rest is a beach/zoo/ some mayan ruins. The first part of the show at night was good, but after intermission it is all traditional mexican dances. People who were not mexican ended up leaving at that point while everyone that was loved it. There is no point to this unless you plan on paying more for extras.
