Filmed in 2008 by David Huting on the Canon 5D Mark II and upscaled from HD to 4K for maximum quality.
NOTE It is illegal to hike down to the beach where McWay Falls flows onto, because it is very dangerous to climb down. In fact, I almost slipped to my death when hiking out due to a tripod coming loose from my backpack - AND I did get a $400 ticket from the local park ranger as well. So please do not attempt to climb down - rather, watch this video instead!!

My wife and I stumbled on McWay Falls on our one and only trip up the Pacific Coast Highway, that was in 1970. It is truly a magical place. We were 25. Watching this now lets us feel the magic again. Thank you.

It's 90 miles of incredibly beautiful scenery...every curve in the road reveals a scene more beautiful than the last....no place like it...the world's largest body of water on the west, canyons, forests, beaches, rocks, wildlife, the world's tallest type of trees, the rarest fir in the world (Santa lucia fir), exotic cypress trees...amazing...

Once again , another video that looked to be as if it was going to be a narrated documentary of nature and wildlife , only to just be images and sounds as some sort of slideshow .... sadly disappointed bc it’s becoming harder to find content that is supposed to at least be along the lines of searched content Via searching for vids to watch on here , yet I’m only seeming to find so many vids populated after ive typed in literally” narrated documentary of nature and wildlife / sea life ... youtube is making me mad 😂
