Visa fees can be paid by card, atleast back then I paid by card. And I think if a folder is not allowed then the documents should be carried in hand. But as far as I remember, a folder is allowed but still please do read the email properly because everything is written in that. I am not sure so please please read the emails properly. It took 1 and a half month for my visa arrival. And I'm sorry but i don't know any place where you can do the affidavit. All the best for the procedure!❤️🌟

You're welcome!❤️ And I think it's better to opt for courier service because then there's no need for traveling to collect the passport back, they will courier it to your house. I am sorry but I am not sure about the price but I think it's better if you don't live in the same city as the vfs office. And all the best for the process🌟❤️

Did you pay full tuition fees before visa application or did embassy ask you to pay full tuition fees before granting a visa? Because, now I have seen a new point related tuition fees was added into visa checklist recently. Please help I am so confused whether to pay full tuition fees or not. Thanks

Heyy, I paid the first year fees because university asked to pay. For now, pay the fees as told my the university and wait. Your visa won't get cancel because of it, they will email you asking to pay the fees and to send the copy to them via email. So don't worry. Just take the receipt of the fees that you already paid on the appointment day. All the bestt 💖

My university has provided me an installment payment plan and said it not mandatory to pay the full tuition fees but now this point is added into visa checklist 👉(Where Applicable: Confirmation of payment of two semesters of tuition fees) even in such case should I go ahead and pay my 1st year tuition fees?

@@Lab_Love Heyy, if it's added in the checklist then maybe you will have to pay! Only because it's added in the checklist. And if not, and if you want to take a chance, then pay the first year and see what happens. But to be honest, if it's in the checklist, then do it! And if not, then pay how much is possible for you, and see. Because they won't cancel your application, but they will email you asking to pay and send the receipt! But best case is to go by the checklist given my German consulate!

Because my university was a private university, they needed a document to show that this person is going to look after my expenses. With the pan card no. Etc etc.

I got my visa stamped approximately after 1 month of the appointment. Till then, it was with them only.

I don’t think so. As far as i know, if you got an admission in Germany for a degree program which is in English then you definitely need IELTS and if it is in German then you need a certificate to prove that as well. Without IELTS ya with ye depend karta hai ki aap konse visa ke liye apply kr rahe hai. Good Luck for your process🫶🏻

If it's a public university then I don't think you'll need an affidavit but just to be sure, there's no harm in being prepared. Please take the affidavit with you if in case. I'm not a 100% sure if you'll need it or not. But I suggest take it with you. It's better to have extra documents to back your visa application. All the best!❤️

Heyy. Affidavit is basically the document of guarantee from your guardian or anyone that is taking the guarantee for your finances. I wrote it as a letter to the consulate, just as the cover letter. And for content you can google and edit according to your condition. Basically, it should state that this this person is going to look after your finances. I wish I could but I cannot here I'm sorry. But you can Google the format and just use it accordingly. I just wrote it as a cover letter, letter to the German consulate. I think with the affidavit letter you need the pan card xerox of the person who is responsible for you're finances to attach to the affidavit.
