So neat and tidy. It is well balanced, good springs and well lubricated wheels. Nothing like the garbage in every other country in Asia, especially India and others nearby. Also, she would never cheat you like everyone in India and some places in China, sorry to inform you.

In Bangladesh, rickshaws are not a luxury transport rather a popular one. However pulling rickshaw here is very low paying and rickshaw pullers are some of the poorest peoples. You will find it hard to earn $20 a day.

I thought that the rickshaw pulled by man is only available in Kolkata, India. But I am happy to see that it is also prevalent in Japan. But in Japan it is most modern, neat and clean with maximum comfort it could give to its passengers. Very essence of it is that it is completely pollution free. My best wishes to the hardworking but courteous and polite lady pulling rickshaw for livelihood. Thank you for posting this video on You Tube.

This little Lady is indeed a Gem! I hate to say this, but this kind of humility and dedication to their professions is rarely if ever present amongst young people in this country today. It's all about "Me" , social status and the mighty dollar. Japanese workers from the dock gang to the most humble trades practiced a professionalism and a commitment that really impressed me when I used to go to Japanese cities as a merchant seaman onboard Matson, APL and Sealand ships in the 80's and 90's. The Japanese people mostly take pride in whatever they do, and they are some of the best tradesmen and women Worldwide. As a people we not only validate ourselves, but our culture and our way of life. Think about that.

Obrigado. Abraço cordial. Salve Maria!.

When I moved to Quebec, I always admired how females in their great majority used to own bicycles as their only vehicle. They'd not use them during winter but all the rest of the year, they'd commute to work and use it on a daily basis and that is how those tall women stay in such a great shape until they were almost 40. Back in 2007, When newly arrived female Immigrants at college commented how they were so impressed by their strong, tall, slim and physical appearance of Quebec Females, they didn't know there was a reason for it. During winter they'd also practice winter sports in a harsh winter here. Sadly, newer female generations after 2010 are starting as a trend to just get cars.

This man-powered Japanese Chinese rickshaw serves as a reminder of their hard work in the past. However, in some Asian places, rickshaw drivers still work in poor conditions despite modern transportation. I am very impressed with how Japan, China, Singapore, and South Korea fight hard to live their everyday lives. I'm not saying everyone, but many Africans and Asians, should take this example and work together! Donkeys work hard, but they can't compete with humans academically. They lack the same cognitive abilities and education.
