As much as I like the office and environment, that is a very DEPRESSING schedule and place to work at. Working till 11 PM means you have no time left for your family, friends, and events/functions since you spend the 'prime time' at work.

Usually the working time per day is 8 hours. And most companies offers you flexible work hours especially if you are a software engineer and its upon you to choose working hours. As you can see he just woke up at 12pm and i guess he started his office arround 3pm. So it 8 hours per day from 3pm to 11pm. I hope you understand what i am trying to say 😊

Collect your skills as soon as possible, there's nothing after a degree in Pakistan, gather your skills to immediately apply for foreign companies. Here In Pakistan, everything happens on referrals, i have seen alot of rejections and people be saying i don't have experience and things. Pakistan is fucked up. I'm not here to lower your confidence but there's really no future for newly graduates in Pakistan.
