Somalia is such a beautiful country. It’s so amazing to see tourists here. I wrote a report on population demographics of Somalia for school, and during research grew to care more deeply for this place. I noticed that there have been more “vlogs” from Mogadishu in the last few years. Some might say it’s far fetched, but I believe in peace and unity and hope that one day I have the honor to experience the beauty of Somalia firsthand. Love from New York ❤️

Hey Paramvir I am somali I live in Mogadishu and There's many false information in this videos . First Sahafi hotel is not the biggest hotel in Mogadishu, The biggest one is Elite hotel located in Liido beach. Secondly Marwazi mosque is not the biggest one, it's one of the oldest mosques in Somalia but not the biggest one. Thirdly : in Mogadishu There's not only two Markets, There are many Big markets but Bakara and Hamar-Weyne markets are the biggest ones. Thank you Paramvir.

Same in india too. It's very diverse from north to south to east. In northern parts of india you will generally find people with lighter complexion, in some part people almost look like Caucasians. In south india mostly people are of darker complexion, and in north east india most people look like east and south-east asians with mongoloid features. There is restuarant called “khana khazana” in Mogadishu Somalia and they sell biryani there and the chefs are indians I have talked to one and he said his family is in Hyderabad India, and he's been here 2.5years. It's been two years since my last visit in that restaurant. So definitely he isn't the first Indian in Somalia as u said.

My only impression about Mogadishu is from the movie Black Hawk Down, and it's not even shot in Mogadishu. This is a very good documentary showing the real life in Mogadishu, walking in the market and seeing locals
