Did anyone pick up the irony of Ali talking about reading David Sinclair's Lifespan and going to a plant based diet(w/some fish) whilst indulging in a pile of french fries - arguably the unhealthiest food you can eat? I thought David Sinclair's book was really good at the time I read it(aside for his need to sidetrack into politics - and, like so many books, the ending was disappointing), but it's come to light that some of the research that he's most known for is not holding up. New Zealand's Dr Brad Mansfield has highlighted this, but Dr. Sinclair is too rich and famous now, he doesn't want to go back and defend that research.

I am just being active just for the same of being active. If I didn't do this it would be as though I don't exist and do I do things just fir the same of doing things because if I didn't do things it would be as though I didn't exist. And that above is really our problem.... We the "self" does not exist and so it needs activity as it lives and is born in activity. I've watched a few of your videos and find that that is what your problem might be. You've achieved and done many things most people won't get to achieve but it seems to me that you are still not satisfied. Youre a Dr... You have all the side hustles going on... And now I see you want to qualify in the US.... this desire.... Your desire seems endless.... You will never be satisfied.... You are a great example of the human condition. I hope you don't mind too much that I say such things however I have over the last 14 yrs trying to figure out "what do I really want" and looking at society and videos such as yours shows me what my problem really is. And I see better now that what I want really is to be secure... And I think the same applies to you that in all your wanting since age 13 with all your younger hustles... Wanting to be a Dr... Wanting your website businesses etc has all been about making this "self" "the person you think you are" secure.... All our wanting isto make "who we think we are" secure. And actually it will never happen because "who we think we are" does not exist of itself. So I watch your videos and in a way I see myself. And we won't ever be satisfied. Nonetheless I hope you don't mind my comments in the future as these help me dissect things and see what is going on in society and also within myself. Best regards despite my seeming offensiveness :)
