Hi Amy! I always enjoy watching you go through your day! I worked as an RN for a period and in finance for a few periods of my my life, but all I really ever wanted to do was be a mother and homemaker. I loved every minute of being a SAHM and I miss it that now my family is long gone. You allow me to enjoy it again vicariously through you and I thank you!

My Mom always made the best bread and butter pickles. She always put sliced onion in her pickles. We loved the onions so much. She would can just the onions in the bread and butter brine and we would eat them on hamburgers. Thanks for the wonderful memories! God Bless You and Your Family!

I’ve had a mandolin injury before. As awkward as the safety guard is, I will never not use it again. I actually can’t watch you slice those without cringing. Those pickles look amazing! Bread and butter pickles are my favorite.

i always enjoy spending the day with you, amy :) it makes me happy that you’ve been uploading lots lately (although i’m always late to watch them)! the canning process is fascinating, i imagine you must be an expert as it looks like you’ve been doing it for a long time! i’ve never heard of bread and butter pickles but i like all kinds of pickles - yum :p seeing your grocery haul is always interesting to me too as there are often things that i’ve never seen here in the uk and the different brands are cool. thanks for another great video, and a lovely start to my monday morning :) p.s. i like the colour of your dress! take care

I was surprised to see you can on a glass top stove. I have glass top but have been concerned about canning on it. But it looked like your stove did very well. Have you ever pressure canned on your glass top? If so, Did it go well? Really enjoyed your video and subscribed.
@PositivelyAmy2 жыл бұрын
So far, I haven't had any trouble canning on my glass top stove, whether I'm doing a hot water bath or pressure canning. I do know some people prefer not to can on a glass top, just in case. Thanks for watching! :)
