Hello! I never decline lesson requests. I haven’t declined a lesson request from your daughter. Italki has recently changed their guidelines for lessons with children. As a teacher we have to provide proof that we are qualified to teach them. I am qualified to teach children, however I haven’t yet uploaded my proof. So, I believe what’s happened is italki has stopped the lesson request going through on my behalf. Please wait a couple weeks while I sort the situation and you should be able to send another lesson request without issue.
