Even if she’s pregnant, you don’t have to assume and say that. That’s so rude. You don’t know someone’s personal life, what if she lost a child before and doesn’t want to tell everyone she’s pregnant now? What if she’s just having health complications? You need to think before you speak. A lot of women don’t want to share when they’re pregnant due to the possibility of LOSING the pregnancy early on. Be considerate and learn to respect others and stop badgering her.

As I know they are to build up stamina but I also enjoy working out 5xs a week consistently so I’ve been adding in two of my own workouts from the library to add to my programs !
