Hey TK, I love your channel. I am a yoga practitioner and instructor and very into wellness. Typically when you are a hard worker and your body thrives off of stress ( work, ppl etc.) in your daily life, and you go on vacation and catch a cold that typically means your body is using stress as a defense for your immune system. Now that you are on vacation and not as stressed your body can relax and now your immune system is exposed. Try to work in a bit more balance of rest and recovery where you can so that you can enjoy your vacations fully well :)

Wow that’s interesting !! I’ve been sick on 3 vacations now and really mad at it 😂 true I’ve stopped yoga 10 years ago when I went into my very stressful job as an attorney 😢 will start again !

There are things that are called Viruses. In summer there are often stomach bugs and with changing enviroment, swimming, and eating different foods, you can catch it.

Dear Tamara, I've had a busy August and couldn't watch any of your vlogs.. So that's the only thing I've been doing for the last couple of days😅 Your travel and holiday vlogs are usually my favourite, especially if you're visiting places I've never been before so I really loved Bodrum and Istanbul. The only thing I have to say, and I see that others have noticed it too, that it seemed to me like you haven't rested as much as usual. Maybe because of the company you had, you have to go out always, have dinners etc. It's all great but it's also a bit tiring in a way. As always, you and Filippo are the best together, such a beautiful and inspiring couple and I wish you both good health and strength for the great amount of job you have ahead. Hey Tamara, I feel this holidays you really needed to rest and do nothing but it seems through the vlogs that you were very busy, travelling all around, changing countries, food, etc, and it might have just been too much for your body. Plus, no matter how much we love our friends, spending time with people also takes a lot of our energy. I hope you can afford to stay in one place for a while and just chill and recover 🙏🏻

My mother in law got a stomach bug on her holiday in turkey and had crazy diarrhea for 5 weeks!!! She went to several different doctors and specialists but nobody could find out what it was exactely. After 5 weeks luckily it just stopped.

Because Turkey is not in EU, which means you have to go through customs at the airport with your new goods and pay import tax when entering a EU country

I don't feel the fall🥵 season yet 🥵 Not in my mind or body, yet I do feel it a bit coming into my heart bc of the passion for fashion: more layering opportunities , during the day wearing summer-ish outfits and by the evening switch to a boot with a shorts or short dress, wearing a leather bikerjacket over a linnen dress etc... etc...
