The 4 supplements I take are Niacin for higher HDL ratios, NMN for preventing oxidation damage done by higher blood glucose, CoQ10 for heart health and energy and metformin. Metformin also linked to preventing cancer in diabetics! Diabetics are at higher risk for cancer due to oxidation damage, NMN a precursor to NADP+ protects from the sorbitol damage associated with higher BG! Definetely worth a read!

Thanks for taking us along with you! My sister-in-law is a celiac too so I do kinda get it but that doesn't mean I shouldn't learn more.

Hi Bella. Do you take insulin for green juice and your morning run? You also showed that you did not eat till 1 pm so did that affect your blood sugar? Also please help me with your hike method with type 1. I love hiking but keep going low all the time and then I am very tired the next day. I am type 1 diabetic for 3 years

hi! I put insulin in for my green juice just a small amount so i don't go high. I tend to only eat 3 large meals and not snack a lot but everyone is different and we cant compare. for hiking! I always snack before going on a hike or I eat a larger meal and I try and stay a little higher like 10 range but I also I bring tons of snacks and sugar to make sure I don't go low :) again everyone body reacts different to hikes and stuff so just do what works for you

hi! I would take to your doctor! im not a Doctor :) all my brain fog cleared after I stopped having gluten is she using a diffrent toaster and everything from gluten ? because even the smallest amount can cause gluten flare ups . The supplements helps a lot with energy levels :)
