Just a quick note re: libraries. The papers you read online are still part of your university libraries, they arrange most of the full-text access you have. :) As a librarian I just had to say that, because organising online access to journals/books/etc. is a big part of our job. So technically you do use the services of the libraries, even if you don't go to the physical space. :)

@@HollyGabrielle Haha, no problem! And thank you! I get it, don't feel bad! You quickly take the access for granted. But I take it as a good sign, because that means Cambridge libraries must have sorted things out for students very well! No surprise there! ✌💕

Brown seeds are as per Me Flax Seeds. Known as "alsi" pronounced like Kelsi with an A. They are extremely rich in fibre and taste amazing when toasted. They are things which just great for munching on in case you have a habit of nibbling.

These sauce jars are vacuum sealed. You need to break the seal before opening the jar. Try using a wooden spoon (as they are heavy) and tap around the lid a couple times before twisting it off. You can also use a butter knife, slide it underneath the lid's rim and pry the lid away from the jar until you can hear a pop sound. That's when you know the sealed has been broken.
