Oh and also a tip for opening the jars is basically make sure that the lid is actually on, hold the jar upside down, cup your hands slightly and hit the bottom of the jar with a cupped hand a few times. This somehow reduces pressure or whatever (idk physics) but it makes it easier. Or, you can try to grab something (safe) to use as a level and insert it into the gap between the jar and the lid and life it to release the gas trapped inside. Hope this helps!!

I tried to go veggie back in September when coming back to uni but for some reason couldn't commit properly. Then after Christmas, I decided I really wanted to give it a go so from 1-31st January I was vegetarian. Since the 1st Feb, I have been Vegan and I had originally set out just to do it for the whole of February, but I love it so much I'm going to keep with it indefinitely! I find it quite easy, I don't like dairy milk anyway so I have drunk plant milk since starting uni last year. My only gripe is cheese, but I have tried some vegan cheese and it's pretty good!

Goji berries (or however you spell them in English) is more commonly used in herbal soups and teas (for soothing your throat, especially in the summer) and thus I would recommend you boil the berries for a while so that they become softer to eat! They taste really good that way too :)

one of my new year resolutions is to at least have a 40/60 vegetarian diet, 60% being vegetarian obviously and I find after a month that I actually enjoy eating vegetarian more than meat. The days I eat meat I end up feeling very heavy and bloated compared to the days that I´m not. But I´m struggling with finding new and exciting recipes on a limited kitchen since I am a student, I also don´t have a lot of interesting veggie supply if you can call it that in my lokal super marked. Do you have any tips? Love ya so much, one of the reasons to why I wanted to do this was because I started watching your channel so yeah. Thanks for inspiring me

Holly, your eyes will become lazy if you don't use your glasses. I didn't use my glasses got an lazy eye and almost became blind on that eye, it strengthens your eyes to wear a prescription a bit lower than you actually need and please consult an eye doctor so you can make a plan for your eyes. i think eating habits and efforts are the most difficult part when i tried to have vegan food once a week. it's like i have been eating meat since young and now that i wants to move towards vegan, sometimes i ended up forgetting i was suppose to eat vegan food today then pushing it to next day and it happened again. which is why i really need to put in effort and make sure i stop my temptation of eating them. and also since meats are what i eat most of the time, when i succeeded eating vegan one day, seeing them makes me want to eat them again (since they can be really yummy most of times) it's like they are everywhere..... my words are everywhere but i think in overall the struggle for me becoming a vegan is the temptation. i thought my parents would hinder me as well but when i told my mom i will not be eating meat / seafood today, she reminds me like "didn't you say you are not going to eat meat today?". while she said it in a joking/ sarcastic way, it kind of helps to remind me that hey i am on vegan today 😂

Just a general tip on your glasses: if you've been prescribed glasses and they don't make you feel uncomfortable when reading or something, wear them. It's far better for your eyes to wear them instead of squinting all the time! Also, you won't get incredibly bad eyesight that quick, don't worry. And it's quite natural for someone who reads or works on a computer for a long time to get a bit short-sighted. I mean, just pay attention to it - almost all uni-professors wear glasses ;D
