Namaste! I won’t be making this video as I feel there are already many such videos available, created by far more amazing people than me. Additionally, I’d suggest focusing on strengthening your organs rather than just addressing Vata. A great form of exercise for those with Vata Prakriti is Vinyasa Yoga. I recommend searching for Vinyasa flows on KZbin-you’ll find plenty of options. From there, you can decide which flow best suits your needs. Wishing you the best on your journey!

Namaste! I don’t really follow the concept of weekends or specific days like Sunday for rest. Instead, I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Being my own boss gives me the flexibility to take breaks when I need them rather than dedicating one fixed day for it. There are times when I’m working on a Sunday and resting on a Thursday. Some days, I may work only half a day and take the rest of the time off. Additionally, I engage in many activities outside of work, which also requires my time and attention. So, I don’t strictly stick to any particular schedule. I plan each day based on work requirements, personal goals, family commitments, and other priorities, ensuring I stay balanced and aligned.

There are various asanas and pranayams that can help with motions, and even something as simple as a hot water bath can provide relief. The key point here is that there’s no universal solution-only a deeper understanding of your own body will help you make better decisions for your well-being.

Namaste Every body is so different, and I find myself in a tricky spot here. Yes, warm water does aid digestion, but for someone with weaker agni (digestive fire), drinking too much water can actually diminish it, leading to indigestion and reduced hunger. Tricky space, na? Haha!
