When other people do their sponsored parts of their videos, I just skip through. But with you it’s just so chill and organic I don’t mind watching it. It feels like it is your normal routine. So thanks for being a genuine human it is very appreciated.

I have sciatica pain and it runs in the same area... you may need to do some stretches for your hip flexors and Chiro also helps me!

Sounds like you have sciatica, that nerve starts in your glute and goes down your leg: I pulled mine once and it was really bad, the pain was horrible it lasted for 2 weeks I saw a chiropractor for 2 sessions and it helped a little bit not much; it had to heal on it’s own, I couldn’t even walk or sit or lay down. I’ll never forget that deep dull pain but yours doesn’t sound as bad as mine. Hope it gets better❤️

Like others have said, don't rule out back/spinal issues in terms of the sensations running down your legs! You could request an MRI or other type of diagnostic image from your family doctor, or see a specialist like a physiotherapist or chiro :)

Try IMS for ur hamstring! I had a similar sounding thing and IMS was the only thing that worked, dean smith at west 4th physio in kits is best I’ve found!

It does sound like you may be experiencing a bout of sciatica, or possibly an inflamed SI joint? I discovered I had two herniated discs in my lower lumbar which resulted in months of sciatica pain-the worst! Time, and certain stretches/exercises helped.

Have you gone to the chiropractor before? It changed the game for my posture, also my wrist injury and then I go to acupuncture for my legs which really helps! Highly recommend both if you haven’t tried before 🥰 new place looks so beaut... it’s so homely! I’m so happy for you guys and the pups, they look like they are loving life there!

For your hamstring/leg pain you should go to physio and get someone who can do intramuscular stimulation (IMS) for you. It’s a needle slightly larger than what is used for acupuncture but when I had this same pain from pulling my hamstring it worked like a charm. Almost instant relief!

where are your curtains and curtain rods in your bedroom from? that’s the exact look i’m going for but can’t find anything :/
@Blondie9708214 жыл бұрын
The rods were in the house, she said it at the 'empty house tour' video around 8:25. And the curtains were in the 'thrift shopping for the house' video. IKEA i think

hi! i think you have sciatica. the nerve distribution is usually around the area where you’ve been feeling pain. maybe check out a physical therapist or a chiropractor :)

‼️‼️‼️ You have sciatic pain caused by inflamed piriformis muscle. You should see a physical therapy clinic and request dry needling to the area. That heals my patients with the same problem immediately 👍
