I love your videos so much! Your positive outlook on gaining and maintaining weight has been so uplifting for me as someone who has trouble with keeping any weight that I try to gain. I watch your videos whenever I feel like skipping meals or get discouraged and they help me stay motivated and on track.

Try adding mint leaves along with Cilantro! It gives it such a great kick for the albóndigas!

Hiiii🥰 I workout for about 1 hr and a half. For beginners I recommend an hour. Once your comfortable doing more then an hour, do more.

@@Amberrgamez you don't need to lift allot love. But without doing lower back, your lower back won't heal hun. Trust me I know. I hurt my lower back too. I strengthen it, with light deadlifts. Like 25 lbs, and then worked my way up. You can do it! Just nice and slow! The more you baby the muscles, the worse they heal👌🏻

Heyy! I may look thinner due to loosing all my muscle gains because of my lower back injury. But thank god for ✨muscle memory✨ once I stay consistent in the gym for at least 3 weeks (which next week will be my official 1st week back lifting weights) I will notice it all back! It’s all about consistency!☺️ oh and of course eat more protein and healthy carbs/fat!
