I love that you talk about making the most of your trip even when you’re expectations aren’t met. I think the unexpected is what scares me a bit about traveling solo but seeing you be honest about how you’re not always going to be chipper all the time or have everything go well strangely gave me hope. I think it’s tough because a lot of people only share the good stuff about their trips but I like that you’re giving us an idea of everything you experience. Also that food looks so good, definitely want to make it a point to travel to Naples if I visit Italy :)

The thoughts on loneliness and boredom at the end are so real, so interesting how they’re so intertwined and we kinda don’t realize. You definitely get used to it, but the small bouts of doubt still creep in sometimes. The perseverance you had for this being one of your first solo trips was SO motivating, for lack of a better word

This has the same vibes as a FaceTime call and takes away some of the fear that comes with solo travelling for me. It’s nice to see the more real side of it that most people don’t show at the end

So you say it gets lonely to travel by yourself, but that you’ll probably get used to it. An alternative might be to travel with a friend or a group of friends? Given that you are one of the nicest, smartest and most inspiring persons I have ever come across online and that you have a million or so devoted followers, that should be realistic prospect. Or? Whatever, all your travel vlogs are super fun and inspiring to watch!

firstly that waiter is right you do look like you came out of those videos which someone mixed justin bieber and shawn mendes on an ipad also a side note naples is crazy similar to istanbul like from the strees to small restaurants and cafes to night life and even to islands i had to remind myself this is italy half of the video
