Thank you for appreciating my work. See currently you are working on Site as a Senior so I think if you start in BiM as a freshers then I don’t think it is going to match your current salary. Apart from this if you really want then you have to start from drafting then move to BIM. I. Drafting have to learn cad and. Revit basic then you can move to bim higher level.
