When I use to work in a factory, we had the 4 Shifts on a 5 day week (max 45hrs) rotation Early's Mon-Fri (06:00-14:00), Day's Mon-Fri (08:00-16:00), Lates Mon-Fri (14:00-22:00) , Nights Sun-Fri (22:00-06:00) and Overtime on Saturday or Sunday was 1x 12hrs Shift (06:00-18:00) on 2x pay!! Its not natural for Humans to work at night!!! It can burn you out!!!

Hi We have had a very icy winter and my dog pulls. Found that a halter calmed her and she stopped pulling. Also she feels saver around bigger dogs. ❤️🇨🇦

I have what's called "kissing" tonsils and I have a hard time with dry things too! I'm supposed to have them taken out but eh?..... Who has that kind of time. Also, I work a 5-4 rotating days then nights 12 hr shifts as well. I agree with the tired level by the end of my hitch....

I don’t really like preworkout either until I got the genius idea to put it in my FAV Drinks, I recently put my Cranberry lemonade flavor preworkout into a tea , Mango Hibiscus Tea by Pureleaf and the flavor mixes in well that I can’t even tell I put the powder in there 😛😁
