Gotu kola is an herb which is a part of the ancient Indian pharmacopeia. Ayurveda (= health knowledge) had/has a branch which purportedly combats aging. "Remedies" were generally made from multiple substances that were mixed together in prescribed proportions. The overall effects of these "medicines" would not come from any one ingredient! So the search for the Fountain of Youth continues! Success to you on this!

Was there today lots of people feeding the Parakeets so fed the swans and greylags instead they love apples thankfully 😃

Yeah I always feed everything when I go including the pigeons and squirrels 🐿️ I need to get more duck food tho, what do you give them? Do the swans also like apples?

The ducks loved Almonds and peanuts the other day. Swans scoff the Almonds but drop half of them, the pigeons clean up after them 👍 yeah swans like apples just bit wary with one of them, most seem OK though ! Am back in Sheffield botanical gardens feeding squirrels as I write this 😃

Squirrels here love almonds the most, but I bring Monkey Nuts for the Jays, crowd and magpies 😃
