Yo so this is unrelated to the video but I smoke a lot of weed how bad does that affect breathing and stamina for wrestling I feel myself getting tired in matches but not winded does that have to do w smoking

Cut out the dairy and meat, and that will help lung capacity and stamina. I bet if you use cannabis selectively it could be a great training aid especially if it helps keep it interesting and fun. It seems as if high level competitors are not having fun with what they do. Bacon cheese fries??? Oh well...
