I love this channel! I come from a plane loving family. My dad was an Air Force pilot during the Korean War. Then he joined Trans World Airlines in 1954. He flew with them for 40 years and saw so many changes. One of my brothers recently retired after 30 years as an airplane mechanic for American Airlines. My other brother is a pilot for FedEx. Btw, nice smooth landing captain!

@@brokeandtired What I have heard they are already training experienced pilots and it takes at least 6 months. Flying a fighter jet is not too difficult for a pilot like Denys but it takes a lot more to be useful.

Hi there, I may be a bit late responding but yes, English is the international language by the ICAO. English must be spoken between ATC and pilots as well as ground operators and cabin crew to passengers. Employees who are non-native English speakers who also have a role which includes communication, like pilots and air traffic controllers, must achieve IELTS level 5.5 or ICAO level 4 to show that they’re proficient in English. General chat can just be in ones native language but for the operational side of things it must be spoken in English.
