Chuckled a bit when I saw the equipment cabinet and the 'not-working' label lol. Good to know other labs aren't too different from the ones at my uni :)

At least they're labeled! Many are left in the cabinet with an unknown state 😅

Lol, so relatable. Entire morning just goes looking for or begging for or trading components and suddenly it's lunch time.

I really like these videos of you working in the lab. it excites and motivates. please keep doing this. also can you do a video to explain how things work in a lab. like how experiments are planned, what are your roles and how the lab functions.

Thank you! I’m super glad to hear that my videos are motivating!! I’ll try to touch on how experiments are designed when I have a chance. My role in this one is to turn an idea into a reality... With modeling tools and knowing the theory one can design anything. The more difficult part is to get it to work. Ideally one should design things that will work in the real world. That’s not always the case.

Zoom plays a useful role for some things, but many productive moments and good ideas come out of spontaneous conversations as well.

And which do more experiments Physicist or Chemists
@theperfectionist1607 Жыл бұрын
Physics but it’s also a lot more difficult. Chemistry is more hands on, but you also take a lot of labs in physics. But it really depends what you want to do. If you really want to work in a lab and create/analyse compounds, go for chemistry. If you want to work in a lab and/or want broader career opportunities go for physics. If you want to get a job easily go for engineering/computer science.

Where do you get all that equipment, as in what are the names of companies you acquire those instruments from?
