Love the videos Jed and Kell, What drone are you using these days, seems to get some awesome footage. Re the fires - I am reflecting that the state was not being burnt out by people with camp fires all that often. We were totally Pdoff when we were told at shelter bay you could no longer have a camp fire where we had had one for 15 years. It is not like the fuel load around us was an issue or the winds were going to cause a problem. Fair dinkum, there is some nut jobs sitting in a office somewhere making calls on stuff that they have no idea about. Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised to get a knock on the door to say someone is checking I am using my BBQ properly in the back yard. Like WTF?? Without a fat fire the steaks will never be done in time for the coleslaw being dished out. Imagine HJ's right now. They will have to change there whole business model from Flame grilled to Lame grilled! Getting back to the video which was awesome, Cuttle fish rock, What did you think of the dart? Disengaged diff locks means you are not holding daily huddles with the diffs and they have gone rouge. Great video, had so much fun watching, Cheers for the fun! Stay safe, eat well! ♥👌🦘👊

Mate we find the rules change so randomly from campsite to campsite and shire to shire...even down south in a national parks we were allowed a fire but 2km down the road in a caravan park no fires because of the "season"...I can't work it out 🤷♂️. Yeah the dart was very similar to skippy i reckon hey, tasty👌. Yeah was easier than we thought getting out but seen some big rigs struggle hard. Tight corners up sandy hills had them stuck a few times. Dmax diff locks have saved the day a few times now and something I never really thought I'd need. Cheers mate much appreciated 👍 👍

Arr with the drone we still just have our original dji mini 2. They have a 3 out now which has a few more features which might be on the cards next year.

Thanks for the new vid mate can you tell me what make is your van and what size is the solar panel please
@oldmate_adventures2 жыл бұрын
Cheers mate 👍, Our van is a old 88 Viscount Seabreeze, fair few mods though. We have 3 x 130w on the roof of the van and 1 x 130w on the Dmax. We can also plug in a foldout panel to either Van or Car to catch the morning sun if needed.

Yeah, I know there hard to come by, and I’m in the industry. Epiroc can be tighter than a fishes arse.
