I’m glad you are excited about being a officer. Do yourself and everyone else a favor, learn the laws. Particularly the bull of rights and the rights of citizens. Remember you can’t or at least shouldn’t ask for ID Unless there’s a crime. IM NOT TRYING TO BE NEGATIVE BUT it’s embarrassing to me for the cops they ask for a ID if you just walk up on people. For car stops yes. But jerking people around asking for ID with no reason is not right snd it makes you look stupid. Like you don’t know what your doing. Also when someone is trying to talk to you, LISTEN! If you don’t it makes you look stupid snd like you don’t know what your doing. Also if people know their rights, you can tell they know their rights, don’t lie. Don’t make up stuff. It makes you look stupid.

The scaffold company I work for has us do 30 mins of working out at the start of the day (we're on the clock, obviously) and it's reduced workplace injuries and strains by a huge number. Our job is physically demanding and at times you're relying on your crew to literally keep you alive so it's always good to know that the guy keeping you from falling to your death is physically fit enough. It's great to see a police department even just having a gym on site. Well trained police are always the nicest to deal with.

@@nillavanilla5405 We used to get a heap of small injuries that could take a couple weeks to heal, so you've got guys off work or not up to 100%. After we bought it in we haven't had a time off injury since. So with the company paying for us to get in a quick workout it's has payed off for them too. Stretching at the very least is so important when you do physical labor. It's about the only thing the office poges got right XD
