I'm just a normal everyday lady who feeds friendly wild foxes and squirrels that come to my garden. Under no circumstances am I trying to tame them as pets or allow them into my home. I am also NOT a fox rescue service. They turn up of their own free will. Being urban, food isn't always easy to find, as not many areas for them to hunt, so I like to try and help them a little if I can. They are not totally reliant on me and haven't lost the ability to hunt for themselves. I will give them medication when needed for mange, infections, and pain, but that is under the close eye of the fox experts 🦊
ChipChip, Cookie, Jimmy, Pip, Daphne, Ringo, and Howie are the seven regulars that arrive most evenings. Basil hasnt been seen since the end of November, just as mating season started 😪 But I live in the hope that he'll return one day 🤞
Biscuit, was the first fox to befriend me back in 2021. Unfortunately she passed away Sept 1st 2023 and she is sadly missed by everyone who got to know her 😢❤️ I'd like to thank The Fox Angels Foundation and Second Chance Fox Rescue for all the help, support and advise with trying to help Biscuit. And the continued support they still give me. I can't thank you guys enough! 🦊🥰
Kenny and Norman, my two cats can be seen from time to time, plus there's Dave, the streetlight 🤣 Random cats, and not to forget the squirrels! ❤️ Plus, there's the badger! and sometimes a hedgehog!

You should be very proud of the fact that you have had them,fed and watered them and watched them grow from the tiny fur babies they were when you first got them. Poor magoo was not a well cub and you saw to it that he was not left alone for too long and you were always there for him. You've done a great job Debs we will all miss them. ❤

Oh Debs I feel your pain. I was close to tears just listening to you. Randomly I think about Simon and Magoo and can’t help but worry for them going out into the wild. You have done a fantastic job looking after the beautiful babies. You have been their mum and they will miss you. ❤❤❤

@@user-dr8hs5nh4d they aren't old enough to be released yet and they still need to learn how to be a fox, so they're doing back to the rescue so they can be outdoors in a pin with other young foxes until they're ready. Not sure if they could come back once they're ready tho but my guess is no.

Through time you might become accustomed to having cubs for a while and will have no problems returning them to the sanctuary. It is wonderful to know that they are really truly getting a 'second chance' to be released into the wild ❤

From they day you bought them home, Debs, we all knew that they were only visiting for a short while. It was my first thought when I saw their baby fox faces! Tears are ahead, but now, I feel diffrently after watching how amazingly strong the cubs are, thanks to your love and care. You saved Magoo, no doubt! I was truly worried at first. You've provided the best of everything for them and must be seriously exhausted! I believe you raised those cubs so well that they will do extremely well when they are released into their natural world. They will have an absolute blast exploring and running around discovering their lives. They will have those lives because you were their foster mum. You've done a wonderful job, and the cubs will see you in phase 2. Hopefully, that will help dry some tears. Who knows, they may even find their way back to your yard. But they will ultimately take a mate and ride off into the sunset together. And there's always your videos for us to watch them grow all over again. 😢😢😢😢😢❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you so mucn!

To be honest Deb, when Magoo became so poorly, l didn’t think he would make it, but you got him through, to be the stronger happy little chap he is today. And Simon, such a cheeky little bull in a China shop character! You should be immensely proud for taking on this very hard, but rewarding challenge. Good luck to the boys, you never know, one day they might end up on your drive, looking for their supper! I pray they’ll keep safe. x

Hello Everyone! Ahhh! Debs 😢 You're the only human mom they knew. 💞You did a great job raising them! We'll miss them too!! 😿 Short story here: All four of my fur babies were rescued. I paid from $25-110 fee. Yoshi being the least expensive since I got him for $25 in 2004. My last fur baby is Fletcher (I've nick-named him Baby). Fletcher was being fostered by a woman who had all three of his siblings. She tried every excuse not to surrender him to me, but I had already paid for him and she couldn't break the contract with the LLC. I got Baby, but she was left with some sorrow because it is HARD to give up an animal since you had them from infancy. I, for one, couldn't do it. You are a good soul Debs! Prayers Simon & Magoo will be safe in their natural environment! 🙏I'm certain Steve will ensure they have acclimated before releasing them.💓

❤They ARE wild foxes who without human intervention would have died. It’s because of you they are the picture of health. They will learn to hunt and make dens, find a vixen and have their own cubs.
