Ever since I was 4 and looking at a globe I've been deeply obsessed with Greenland. I will visit someday and I may still retire there when I am older as I've always said. I have a giant Greenland flag hanging in my basement and used to have a pen pal there when I was about 12 in 1995. The 3 places I most want to visit there are Nuuk, Upernavik and the research station Nord, for how insanely north it is. Any of the extreme polar regions of the world are places I want to visit but Greenland is still #1.

I know this video is very old, but i just stumbled upon it looking for Greenland videos - because i was born there and i love the nature.... anyhuw... Greenland sharks must think humans taste REALLY REALLY BAD! because in my allmost 50 years of experience about living in greenland there hasnt been a shark attack ive heard of and i will extend that to my grand-father that tought me how to hunt and he never experienced anything about the sharks there.... because - Greenland sharks lives in the deep and they like it there, where its "colder", and the point where Greenland-sharks have been seens on lower waters, they have never been "hostile" towards what they were seeing as NOT their food-source!
