I’m getting anywhere from 5-13 pallets a truck at my super center 🤣 I work for Pepsi though. Also, don’t talk to your store managers. That’s just asking for trouble, talk to team leads or coaches

At my Walmart we have to down stack the pallets onto a cart to take to the sales floor,makes you fast.

I’m applying for the sales account manager role but for Dr Pepper, what’s the difference between the sales associate and the merchindiser? From what I can tell the sale also does a bit of merchandising?

@@alvpacino2191 Just as a wild guess, sales might do like minor upkeep of the area whereas merchandiser does 99% of the set up for their displays.

@hooaah5561they will work you like a dog. I would start at 6 am and sometimes not even get out until 6 or 7. The management is horrible. Everyday I’d be reporting to a different manger. Not to mention the head sales manager is a total hothead. I got screamed at for clocking in 5 minutes late. That was the final straw and I quit on the spot 🫡

I did that job for Pepsi for 10 years it’s not that easy. A lot of heavy lifting and long hours.

In most cases, you can go in earlier. Some stores will have a buzzer up front for overnight stuff, but Wal-Mart you can get in through receiving. This is beneficial if you have night deliveries the day before, but on a typical Monday the load won't drop until 6-7am anyway.

(i’m for pepsi but the accounts are all the same). i’ve gone to work at 1:00 am i’ve also waited until 8:00 am before, it’s very autonomous you do it how it works best for you.
