iman tarifacht, if it isn’t hard, I’m sure everyone would just become doctors or at least most ppl would pursue it if it’s easy peasy.😂 but I’m sure it’s easy for some smart people and I’m not smart so I remember I had to work my ass off and there were way too many sleepless days and I looked like a zombie most of the time💀 but ig it was all worth it in the end

iman tarifacht thank you! I don’t think the topics in particular are difficult to understand but it’s more of how much you can remember like the names etc because there’s a lot of information to remember in a really short period given so you would have to study again and again to remember it in details and stuff since the basic concept obviously isn’t enough anymore in med school so time management is really important and not much time for procrastination. You don’t have to be a genius or anything to study in med school tho(I clearly am not), just manage your time wisely but I guess it would be easier for a genius tho so they prob won’t need to study as much as a regular person then will have more time for leisure activities. But unlike me, I used to procrastinate when I shouldn’t so sometimes it’s really bad to keep up in lectures and I would end up staying up late trying to mend the times I wasted in the day, good thing I’m self aware and learnt from my mistakes tho.😥

Me too, i'm a 4th year medstud btw. Pharmacology was never really my thing even though it's basically one of the most essential subjects in our major. You know what, it's probably because I have the mindset that drugs is not that essential for our health. The most important things to keep our health is eating well, being active, and living well.

My daughter is 15 and she is taking pharmacy as her major in high school (grade 10). She goes to school at 6.15 am, comes back home around 6 pm from Mon - Fri and from 6.15 am - 1 pm on Sat. University life must be more difficult. Stay healthy and God bless you.

Wiam same with biology. we basically learn about all living things. If medical student only learn about human's teeth and pathology we learned not just human but also all teeth in mammals and fish plus their pathology.
