She went through a run of 4 straight games against players rated higher than her and only had one loss. She's better than her ranking.

I think online rankings are always lower than what they should be. Because there are so many people online and the ratings are relative. Also she plays in public all the time, that must help too

The fact that she is so humble and says stuff like 'I'm really not the wisest person...' is such a great indicator that she's a damn good person and will continue to improve. Badass

@@zulkzymobile7901 Her saying that in the midst of being the center of attention for a big meet and greet, and being a pretty popular personality for a good amount of time now, makes expressing that sentiment in the moment 'being humble'. It's not a thought that 99% of kids in her situation would have or express.

@@zulkzymobile7901 Au contraire. "Not the wisest" isn't to be taken literally but to mean "not really very wise", so she's downplaying herself - a definition of humble.

THANK YOU! I've been dying to see all about this tournament!! I am SO PROUD of her, like she's my own family! I actually teared up seeing the picture of a young Andrea proudly holding her trophy....I'm just always rooting for her! I'm rooting for both sisters. Ultimately, I don't care about their ratings because they have gotten me into chess and taught me so much. They're about improving, learning, and most of all about having fun with the game (and with life). LOVED the vlog, I was DYING to know all about it and couldn't understand why there was so little content about it. Now I know why. PS: The Meet & Greet was beautiful to see.

You dont understand the level difference if you truly think that she played a game like a 2500 fide rated player. While she played very well on critical moments the general basis of moves were nowhere near the level of a 2500. Shes under 2000 fide and played absolutely great but its just disrespectful to call that a 2500 level game from her side
